Real card Guinta (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

4) is There any meaning in the card backs? Or images from the reverse side can be any? Or desirable to make all the same something in particular?

5) What else must be on the cards? I've seen the numbers, pictures, names, and labels (all at once on one card). Will it be enough? Or still needs to be some additional signs?
