Such crap has been in call of duty for a long time ... and how much RAM do you have?

The operative had nothing to do with it, it launched the game on an ancient computer: Pentium Dual Core E6800, GTS 450, 3 Gb RAM, at low ones it was possible to play. But it all worked on litsuh, how things would have been on a pirate - I have no idea. Perhaps, of course, pirate curve, try to download another.
