Fair TvT Tournament (Diablo 2)

Now it has been decided to hold a Fair TVT tournament.
1. Form of the event: Chess. Fights 2x2.
2. Rules: Fair TvT. (May be supplemented or changed)
3. Registration takes place in pairs. Leave the application in the comments in this form: 1) akk 2) name 3) a way of pumping for each player in the group. You will be listed as a major contributor, but you may be displaced if you do not hand over the VEX fee from the team.
4. The prize fund is formed by the participants. The runes are collected by me (Titanium_man (only me)) then I transfer them to the moderator.
5. The start date is March 27 at 20:00 Moscow time. (Subject to change)
6. Organizer: Titanium_man.
7. Moderator for interaction Greenaa. Dear moderators, who will be able to participate in this event, write to me, please.
8. All duels will be judged by Fair pvp moderators. The moderator for each duel is chosen without taking into account the wishes of the tournament participants. Those who refuse to participate are considered to be the loser. If one of the group members does not appear, you can try to play alone or not go to the battle at all (if you don’t come out = autoloading).
9. Every game will be streamed here. The format of the stream itself will not change. If you want to participate in commenting, write to me (Titanium_man).
10. If you have ideas for improving the quality of the tournament, feel free to contact us. All proposals will be considered.

To make our tournament bright and interesting, we have added the rules regarding passive play:
Overly passive play is prohibited.
Examples of passive play:
-the player stands still and waits for the approaching enemy to run into his attack;
-the player is outside the mini-map for more than 10 seconds;
-the player attacks from such a distance, from which his attacks have a very small chance of hitting the enemy, and tries to maintain such a distance;
-The player runs away for a long time to regenerate HP / MP.
The moderator can award a defeat in a round for passive play only if such moments noticeably prevail.
