Main quest bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I will describe the situation:
When completing the quest "The Hunt for the Younger" (at the stage "Talk to Diykstra about the connections of the junior bastard with the Redans"), the door to the room is always closed in Dijkstra's house.
1. I tried to go at different times of the day.
2. Run around all sides of the house. There is no other entrance.
Bug, or something incomplete?

I have many times in the game, in the quests there were such bugs, It helps to load the save before the quest / stage.

Help, I can't open the door to Dijkstra's house (I've already completed almost the whole game, I just want to win a card from him). I tried everything. Could this bug be caused by patch 1.12? Is there a code to open the door or "fly through". Without this card I will not be able to start the High Stakes quest in Pasiflora ...
