Nick Valentine refuses dialogue. (Fallout 4)

Good time everyone!
There was such a problem. After rescuing Valentine from the Gansters' clutches. In diamond city, in his office, he refuses to dialogue. He just babbles to shit about lights and shadows, but the dialogue never starts. Before that, in the launcher, there was a function to kill all NPCs, such as children and quest ones. The first time, I didn’t accompany him to diamond city. When he arrived, his corpse lay there. I went through this place, saw him off. And instead of a corpse, Stubborn synth. Disabled this feature. (There was a problem. A similar one. A homeless man in the main square, who needs to bring cola kernels. He also refused to dialogue. After turning off the function but the year of mod for nps. This homeless man started talking to me.) BUT. Valentine still doesn't want to talk to me. No matter how much you poke, the dialogue does not start. Tell me how to be. All the same, a plot character. Passage is impossible without it. Maybe there are some console commands for its reset. Or something similar. Please describe in detail the version with the console, if possible. For I never used it at all. Neither Oblivion nor old fouls. So I'm not in the tank. Thank you all in advance!

about commands in general. General infa. It will come in handy. This is not about fall 4, but about 3 and Vegas, but it is written in a better way than where it is written about the console commands of the 4th, and given that most have not changed since then ...
Well, if what about the commands 4-ki

setstage base id scene number - set the quest to a certain stage.

Example: setstage mq01ld 110 - the fight with the hippopotamus near the Radio Galactic News building will be considered completed, and the player character will be allowed inside, even if the hippopotamus or other super mutants are still alive.

completequest base id - complete the quest.
resetquest base id - restart the quest.
sqt - display a list of goals for the current quest.
setobjectivecompleted base id scene number parameter - complete a certain stage of the quest (parameter value: 1 - the scene is complete, 0 - no).

Example: setobjectivecompleted 124 123 10 1 - complete the first stage of the Fallout: New Vegas quest "Two boots of a pair".
Please note: the base id parameter is displayed by the editor in the Object Window, section Actor Data> Quest; the scene number parameter can be obtained after double-clicking on the quest name in the right part of the above-described window and selecting the Quest Stage tab.

In general, of course, you shouldn't be so - playing with mortal characters - there won't be such glitches. Immediately, after all, the mechanics are somehow adjusted, and without such interventions, a bunch of bugs pop up, and if you also contribute to this ... Well, it's not for me to teach you, I just sympathize and do not advise you. Why do you need this? For realism? Well, the quests will not work, and why then realism ... I understand if you set a goal at the end of the game after completing all the quests to clear everyone, turning the wasteland into a real wasteland ... just a game after such an unpleasant aftertaste on the soul remains ... There is little joy in that ....
