Strange problem with launcher (StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty)

All kind time of day!

Like all long been known to play against the AI you need to download a special launcher where you can set up a battle and run it against the AI... I downloaded it, of course a long time ago, everything worked well, but I wanted to play, I launched the launcher all set up, but something changed my mind to play and turned off, after half an hour again wanted to play, but the launcher started to give this error

and can not do anything... I've already completely removed the game and launcher, cleaned the whole computer, the registry... installed the new, but the error POPs up... and the sounds of the launcher called SC2ALLin1...
tried an older version of this game, but they write to me that the game is not found, the type and in the registry it is not, although all the way of rules, check...



Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem?! Can anyone help?!

P. S. There is another launcher, but it is generally buggy, though, and starts but does not see the card...
