Pick a random team bye (Tom Clancy's The Division)

In the game, in principle, it is quite convenient and quick to find a random team, the benefit of online players is high, but here I have a question. Why can't you make some kind of filters or sortings in terms of who you want to play with (age, gender, region, language, willingness to play by voice chat, etc.) and the game really does not work because of the language barrier or there is simply no connection, the players had moments that I was thrown into the team in the DZ there were 21 levla and I got into the team, I and one player also 21 levla and the other two 25 and in DZ all four were not allowed since at my level there was a limit on levl in DZ 21-24.
