Mods crash when starting the game (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I have a license, I replaced a couple of wheelbarrows and a handling file. When you start the game, the game archives with stock cars are downloaded over the new one. How can I avoid this?

download all plugins for OpenIV and install mods in edit mode before creating a folder in the game directory "mods" and copying the "update" folder there
