New merchants do not appear in the Thieves Guild (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)
after completing the main line and completing small quests, Vex and Melori have special orders, I carry them out, but after a new entry into the game, a dialogue pops up again that the quest has been completed and they tell me that a new merchant or recruit has appeared. But they simply do not exist how to solve this problem? In general, Brinjolf does not want to give a quest, it's worth stupidly selling his potion, although before everything was fine

mods turn everything off and start again throughout the thieves guild quest, 100% problem with them, play without mods, steam license, no problems, normal flight
