AMD 16.3 driver (Hitman (2016))

The latest driver is not installed 16.3 I installed it from a clean system, from 15.12, from 16.1.1 it is also not updated. After they have stopped, 16.1.1 is placed.
Who has a similar problem, what would you advise? Installed Windows 7.

download the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility - it will remove the old driver completely and clean up the tails and the new driver will get up
