Hangs up tightly. (Far Cry: Primal)

I play normally for the first 20 minutes with normal 40 fps, but then it freezes and I have to restart the PC.

Check here:
Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System and Application
if there are any fixed errors and (or) warnings that date / time coincide with game freezes (or shortly before freezes).
This can help you understand the reason.
