Legendary gear (Fallout Shelter)

Here's what I know:
There is a fixed National Guard Depot event for 60 hours (+ -15 minutes) of walking through the wastelands, with the passage of which there is a chance of getting a Legendary gear.
Plus, the overall chance of dropping legendary gear is as follows: (number of hours in the wasteland) / (360,000 hours). Those. after passing 100 hours in the wasteland, the chance of a legendary drop = 0.0277%, i.e. no.
In general, I made a complete recalculation. Based on the fact that the Depot event is at 60 hours, I made a calculation for 60-hour expeditions to the wasteland:
25 dwells = 12.5% ​​chance of finding a legendary (8 walkers with all 25 dwells for a 100% chance).
At 70 hour walks:
25 dwells = 17%
At 80 hour walks:
25 dwells = 22%
The Luck level does not affect the chance of finding rare or legendary items.

With a luck of 4, I have obtained a unique Gauss rifle. Then the second is the same. I don’t remember how and when. And all in the wasteland. Now luck for my main earner is 10. For several visits, not a single yellow one. So it's like casino roulette.

I've been playing since the release. Now I constantly send 7 doors swinging to the maximum in all blue, some of them have yellow trunks. Dovelers run for at least 3 days. Once I sent a Dweler for a week purely for the sake of experiment. And what do you think? I NEVER HAVE GOT A YELLOW SHMOTKA !!! adinadin !! And they stopped falling out of the cases. My calculations about the drop of a legendary not from the Depot event:
Chance of a drop at 90 hours = 0.025%
Chance of a drop at 60 hours = 0.02%
Average between 60 and 90 hours = 0.0208
Number of items between 60 and 90 hours = 30
Number of doors = 25 (I have at least).
Number of walkers = 1
0.0208 * 30 * 25 * 1 = 15.62% chance of a legendary drop. Those. in order for me to get at least one legendary one, then I must make 6-7 full walkers with my 25 dwells.
For you, GordiS, with your seven dwells, the chance from one trip = 4.37%. That is, in order to get a legendary item, you need to make 23 full trips, 90 hours each. This is how much PPC.
Therefore, there is only one way out: to increase the number of dwells walking into the wasteland.

Don't donate anything here. That is why it is rare. Well, there are failures. I had nothing for a week (or maybe longer - 10 days). And today the paladin dropped out. Not only is it unique itself, but all the loot, armor and weapons are yellow.
The only thing I bought a couple of assistants - let the covers be collected in the wasteland.

This is if you return dwells immediately after the 60-hour mark. However, fully pumped dwells live in the wasteland for 70h and 80h, especially with good guns. Therefore, if you return the dwells after the first death, then the chances will grow significantly.
At 70 hour walk:
25 dwells = 17%
50 dwells = 34%
100 dwells = 68%
In general, the plan is this: to ensure that at least 50 dwells go to the wasteland, at least 60 hours. Let me remind you that you do not need to wait for a 100% chance to find a legendary, it can fall out much earlier.

Comrades, I have bad news: Maximum Dweller for Wasteland Scouting = 25.
This cuts off all my plans. I already have 26 fully trained dwells with blue cannons ready to look for a Legendary, plus 55 more people are trained at different stages up to 10/10 special. And then the game gives me 26 dwelle that I have reached the maximum number of inhabitants for reconnaissance. The desire to continue playing is killed.

In general, I assume the following: the number of people in the shelter is <50, then the maximum to the wasteland = 12. If the number in the shelter is from 50 to 100, then the maximum for the wasteland is 25. If from 100 to 150, then the maximum to the wasteland is 75.
To I have not tested it in practice yet. We need data from other players.
At the moment: I have 88 people and a maximum of 25 for the wasteland.
