Translation on textures (Borderlands 2)

Maybe someone knows which files are responsible for the translation on textures? (Names of locations, pop-up names of characters, some other plates with names on buildings) Is there a division into international-Russian and textures are drawn with Russian inscriptions or is there a text overlay?
