Launch problems (Hitman (2016))

When you press the "play" button, the window closes, the download ring spins for a couple of seconds and nothing happens.
I tried to change the game settings in different ways. Run from different shortcuts in the folder. Even the benchmark cannot be run. Last firewood. All libraries for launching games are installed.
Win 8.1 x64 / i7 2600 / GTX680 / 8 RAM
