Camera issue (Borderlands)

My flies are not displayed correctly as I think, i.e. see the screen, how I aim and it can be seen from me, and from the letsplayer, I somehow show it higher than above, I dug in the configs - nifiga. See screenshots

There is a difference, and a big one
