This crap appeared after the last patch, try to throw something out of your backpack - the trash will hang in the air.

AMD has nothing to do with it. Unfortunately, Envydia has the same crap. And this is most likely not only the engine, but the Arbor itself is "to blame"

I didn't have such a hattack , I just got to the point where you need to, like, get into a suit and pile on everyone and wipe this crap off the screw, the game is slag IMHO

agree, until I met it anywhere, I remember in Skyrim after the mother-haze there were always pearls hanging in the air

In the settlement near the Airport, by the wall, right next to the construction workbench (flew off the head as this crap is called in the game).
If you remove the "garbage decor" then the garbage is no longer hanging. And so NOT only there ...

The
disable hattack command helped me, so I run around the community and apply it to all the garbage
