Uplay game won't load (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Friends just wanted to start the game, as when I tried to connect to the server (at first, the circle was so orange on a black background), after about a minute I wrote about the unavailability of the Uplay server, I started another game Far Cry Primal - the servers were available. Is it just me or who else has it?
