NPCs don't move (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I demolished, reinstalled (faces gog), updated with a 1m patch, then 1.8 and I donâ€™t remember which one (9.98 GB - not installed, writes a discrepancy), but I see on the interface that it was updated, I also downloaded my saves.

installed from disks, the 1st patch is automatically downloaded, there are 2 downloaded in the archive (1.8 and 1.10)
