Correctly you were told that the problem is most likely in the mods .. And the fact that this bug appeared in the game, it may be due to the update of the mods. They are updated frequently and this can cause problems. For me, for example, after updating the mod, the skin color of all the characters turned black (moreover, it could not be changed in any way) .. And, unfortunately, only deleting the mod and checking the cache helped.
