The name of the mod, the global editing of Geralt. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

If anyone has a name, or maybe even a link, to a mod in which Geralt can be globally edited, then give it to me, or tell me the name. There you can still put on a raincoat, gloves, a bandage, in general, a lot of things, but I can't find it, thanks in advance.
