Trouble after waking up (Dying Light)

After the initial scene, when the main character wakes up in bed, I do not appear in the room, but in some kind of space. You can see the sky, the sun, and just blue on the sides. As if between heaven and earth, but the earth is not even visible. Who can help with this "bug"?
