Friends in Uplay (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Tell the people: I have a Stimov version, my friends have a Yubisov version. Their friend invitations go away, but they do not come to me, and even the "add" button is not pressed for me. And with friends who also have a Steam version - everything is fine.
What the hell is this and what can you do about it?
