Infinite Loading (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

I go into the game, everything is connected to the servers, it is connected, but after synchronization, the download starts with the inscription Creating squad and everything was sitting waiting, nothing changed, doing everything that is indicated on the site did not help.
