Reading email "freezes" the phone (Grand Theft Auto 5)
I play on ps3.When you call the phone and select the "E-mail" item, the phone simply freezes on the screen, you can remove it only by jumping out of the car.

You did not fully describe the causes of the problem, namely, apparently you forgot to indicate, besides the fact that you have a repack, cracks, etc. you also put someone else's save made on the licensed version of the game, which contains a more recent addition that is not available on your version of the game. That is why the game cannot reproduce an unread message in the mail related to one of the updates you have not installed, and as a result of this, such an error occurs. Advice: download another save.
