FPS drawdowns (Rise of the Tomb Raider)

Windows 10 Nvidia GTX 760 Intel Core i5 3470
Guys tell me I have terrible drawdowns, that is, constantly 50-60 frames, and every 2 minutes it drops to 1-5, and immediately back.

Vasiliy_Morrow enable
directx 12, if disabled, then lower the graphics settings, because, to put it mildly, vidyaha is not very good for such a demanding game

Vasiliy_Morrow Subtract
textures to high, ultra 6 GB of video memory is needed.

The quality of the textures is medium. The rest of the ultra you can. There should be norms.

Norm? Is 20/15 fps the norm for you?

Nothing helped, I know perfectly well to lower the settings to increase the FPS, but I have constant SLEEPING

a similar situation, drawdowns up to 30 fps with each change of location (when entering a cave, for example, or leaving it), while lowering the settings does not help! my system: windows 10, i7 2600, gtx 980, 16 Gb DDR 3
