Help in setting up graphics. (Fallout 4)

Hello everyone. I have a very old computer. I installed a mod that lowers the graphics below the baseboard, I'm happy as a penguin. 😊 But .... I would like the GG and his partners to look better. If there is an opportunity to change something in the folders with the game with pens, in order to return only to them their former beauty, I would be grateful for such an instruction. If you need info about the mod itself, I'll throw it off later.
