Press F2 at startup screens. The bios will open. Find the boot parameters, prioritize the boot from the USB flash drive, save. Next is the installation of Windows.
Advanced BIOS Features> First boot> select USB Device or DVD if you install from disk.

When the inscriptions start to appear on the screen (after rebooting or turning on), press and hold F12 for a couple of seconds, after a few seconds the Boot menu will appear. In it, you select USB-HDD and press Enter - you do not need to enter the BIOS itself. If the Windows image is written to the USB flash drive correctly, the download should start from it. The main thing is not to miss the inscription "Press any key to boot from USB" (or similar) - if during this inscription you do not press any button (usually it hangs for about 5 seconds), instead of booting from the media, the normal OS boot will start.
