Delay keys (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

When the key is pressed the action takes place with a delay (2-3 seconds), it happens often and is already beginning to enrage. This is only in games of Volvo, to the source engine. Fps and ping are normal, and the mouse moves without delay.
