Graphic artifacts in the game (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Artifacts floated in the game at about 4 o'clock. I put new firewood on, it seemed like everything went away, but then they started again, I xs what to do. Vidyuha MSI R9 290 more than 65-67 does not heat up in the game, MB is this a bug of the division itself?
