New game + won't start on ps4 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello everyone. I decided to go through The Witcher for the third time, but then I ran into a problem, bought the Stone Hearts add-on and launched the passed save, after successfully completing the dls, the list of main tasks disappeared. I make a manual save, but when I try to run yy + on this save, I write that in this save the game is not completed. What to do?

NG + You can go through once and only, you won't be able to start the second time.

To start ng +, you need to completely complete the storyline with Ciri. Try to resave, I had a similar problem, but I just chose the old save (where I did not finish the plot)
