Intelligence Search Agents (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Agent "4" tell me where to find it! completed the storyline, completed all operations and incidents, all intelligence information was highlighted on the map in all zones except for 1 missing agent.

Have you tried to select the item intelligence on the map? He might just be on the subway.

Yes, I tried it, I sat looking through the whole map several times, and did not find the icon.
