Why are there strong lags in the editor? (Far Cry 4)

I can't understand anything! The game gives out 50-60 FPS, and in the slide show editor 20-25. Literally everything has already been tried. Who will have any considerations. Whoever came across the International Federation of Journalists ..
The fact is that the repack that I installed was without an editor, and then a good person put the bin folder for me and I just rolled it onto mine. Maybe you need the editor to be INSTALLED along with the game?

I had the same problem in the third farkrae. In the game, 50-60 fps, and in the editor it is blocked at 30 and still lags when the meat starts.

!!!! I've already covered everything, tried all possible options. I can't understand what this "trick" with low FPS in the editor is about. I would understand if the game would slow down .. but here NO !!! Green tile with a grid .. 20 FPS!
