Mission \ "Roof repeater \". Solo (Tom Clancy's The Division)

I just can't get through this solo mission on Hard.
At the last stage with the engineer plugging.
If you hide from mobs, then they immediately go to the engineer. If rush - then they take me out for a couple of jabs.

Any tips?
