With PhysX enabled, the game does not work, with disabled it works. Help! (Mirror's Edge)

I decided to replay the game before playing Catalyst, but after completing the tutorial with PhysX enabled, the game just hangs on a white screen. Turned off PhysX - it goes like clockwork. What could be the problem?

Intel i5 4400, GTX 650 2GB, 8GB, Windows 10.
PhysX is fresh (9.15.0428)
