A glitch with the graphics of Rise of Nations - Thrones and Patr (Rise of Nations)

Actually everything in the picture, the tooltips are only visible if you drop the tree or the mountain, or just randomly promenyaet...would love to play, updated driver, re-installed...any ideas guru-Rise of Nations.!?
