Strange nerf in the game (DriveClub)

Good evening everyone.)
Here's the deal. Recently on YouTube I accidentally stumbled upon a video from the category "maximum speed of Bugatti, Lamborghini, etc ..." Then I looked at some of the top 8 fastest cars in the Driveclub. The maximum speed in the game corresponded to the maximum speed of real cars. And this topic irritated me, I wanted to steer myself in Driveclab.
I went into the game, chose a track in Norway with a straight section, just for acceleration, and discovered an amazing thing. Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, accelerates to a maximum of 301 km. Lambo Veneno, something around 330-340, but Koenigsegg somewhere up to 350 or a little more ... Apparently cut in some patch, which are already dark. In principle, this does not interfere with playing at all and does not affect anything, as for me. It just seemed kind of silly ... or is it introducing some kind of imbalance online? Explain please? =)
