and yes, how to write a request more competently so that it is considered more or less seriously? call is not a varick, tk. there are fools trying to send a subscriber as soon as possible, and they don't even know the materiel even close (a couple of weeks ago I restored the pass from my personal account - the operator couldn't understand what I want from her for about 10 minutes, lol)
