I agree with the new time - new opponents, but it's a pity ..... I even liked the Enclave, I'm used to them. ))

I also like the Enclave: their weapons, equipment, technologies, etc. are interesting and just cool. And in general - although they are enemies, they are worthy enemies.
However, it is rightly noted - "new time - new opponents".
The first Fallout contained the Master and his super mutants.
In the second - the Enclave has already appeared.
In the third, the Enclave was again.
Even in the story expansion - the Enclave again.
And I think - okay, guys, that's enough. Enclave has been the main villains enough already.
Let someone new appear in the fourth part. The wasteland is huge, and there are many renegades and just negative personalities hiding there - so let their time come.
