Found the solution for those whose monitor does not support a resolution that puts the game, so:
For the beginning find in the game folder a file client_defaults.ini and change the value of FullScreen to false.
Then go to the folder C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings (this is for windows 7, for XP, don't know) there Falik client_settings.ini it also change FullScreen to false.
Next, open the game, it will open in windowed mode, and then in the settings change as necessary.
