Game pauses for 3-4 seconds (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Same problems with BES. The higher the graphics settings, the more often it freezes. But it hangs anyway. However, not tightly, after a while it hangs down. It is rather difficult to play with this state of affairs. How I did not fight, I have not found a solution yet

if you disable one core, the friezes disappear. but it's also difficult to play. but the very fact that there are no friezes !!
