GTA 3 keyboard and gamepad not working (Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy)

Actually the question is in the title. The mouse works, but the keyboard and the gamepad are not. In the control settings I tried to change the keys, it does not work. ESC output works though.

I deleted one file in the GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition folder (path: Documents / Rockstar Games / GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition) called KeyboardMappings.cfg and it worked.

Check the launch of the game so that there is no launch tick from the Administrator. It helped me with the Gamepad. (Launch property)
