The game does not even want to be installed. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Here I saw questions from two guys, for one the game stops for 3-4 seconds, for the other it does not want to start. So, take a bite of everything! It does not even want to be installed with me.

This is the kind of error when trying to install the game. Pirate, downloaded different repacks from different sources, the error is the same. I want to know how it will work before buying.
The OS is new (10 64-bit), the latest drivers, VC, NetFramework, everything is installed and updated, there is no antivirus at all. I do not know what to do.
