Tell me, is this a glitch? Or so for a change (Fallout 4)

Started a new game (under a different name). The game is running, but some strange glitches.
1) When modifying weapons, the most powerful receivers became automatic (for carbines, lasers, ..). In the first game, single receivers were (and are) more powerful, which is natural.
2) When the corresponding magazine is found, the weapon damage sometimes drops, although it should have grown
(in the first game, Gauss pumped over 400, in the second a little over 200, although he specially chose the appropriate perks)
In both games, the level is around 70
3) X-01 armor visually a head smaller and narrower than the T-60 (in the first game, approximately the same in height and volume)

In the first game, everything remains the same

The game is licensed, without mods, for PC
