No, I know that. When connected there were other buildings of players, for example, generators, bridges, bases, etc. But there were no cable cars, even where the area was connected. They appeared somehow spontaneously after advancing on the plot.

You can turn off the buildings of other players in the game settings, or simply not connect to the network itself, simply turning off Wi-Fi.
