Freezes in the game (Call of Duty: Black Ops 3)

Unfortunately, having 8 GB of RAM with a frequency of 1600 Mhz does not allow playing with a jacket. The game constantly freezes, in difficult scenes up to two seconds.
i7 2600K overclocked to 4.6 Ghz
780Ti Ghz Edition (the most overclocked of all 780 Ti modifications)

Any ideas other than WorkerThreads = "2"? For it did not help.
