New Nintendo 3DS - is it worth buying?

For some reason, I wanted to buy 3DS, remembering about Ace Attorney 6 and many other games of interest to me on this platform. But then the question arose, what is worth buying? 3DS or New 3DS? What are the pros and cons of N3DS? Is gaming performance much better than 3DS?
New 3DS, as I understand it, is slightly more powerful than the usual 3DS and is created for ports of games with Wii.
Well, I'm also worried that Nintendo will score on the 3DS and start releasing games only on the N3DS.

There are no downsides.
Gaming performance is not much better, this is not the next generation. The performance is better in the menu - homebrew, cfw are faster.
It is not created for any ports. Old 3DS also had Wii ports. More than a year has passed, and no exclusives, except for Xenoblade 3D, have been released or announced.
As experience with DSi shows, it won't score. There were a dozen and a half exclusive games on the DSi, most of which stupidly used a camera that was not in a regular DS.
