Old Fallouts are better at times, even now, after many years it is interesting to play them.
Although I'm a fan of old isometric RPGs, I hate turn-based RPGs. Or so that at least it was normally implemented, as, for example, in Arcanum or KOTOR with their turn-based (pseudo real-time) battles. I don’t argue that the RPG in Falls 1 and 2 is better, but turn-based battles freeze me up. You walked five steps and you are waiting for all the enemies around you to make a move. I feel sorry for the time and do not have enough patience.
I have no complaints either to graphics, or to design, or to the role-playing system as such, but when you take five steps and then wait 20 seconds, I can't stand it. Especially when it is repeated all the time.
So it's a shame to admit, but I have to vote for new Falls solely due to the lack of step by step. I have no doubt that the old Falls are better, but personally I do not have the patience to wait every five steps for 20 seconds stupidly looking at the screen.

I played in all parts of the fall and I will tell you here .... Fallout 3 is not just a game, it is a complete fucking pzdts. THIS GAME IS MY DREAM. Developers from Bethesda were able to convey the feeling of an old fall as a modern RPG shooter to amazingly. Which one ruined state Washington DC is worth it, and the quests, and the humor, and the plot ... mmm .... thing. I also liked New Vegas, but for some reason it seemed to me that this was no longer a fall. Well, do not approach like that bright sun. In 3 parts it was all very dark and atmospheric.

The first parts were good games, but part 3 and new vegas took the Fallout franchise to the next level.
