2 very strange questions regarding interaction with NPCs. (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

1) How to force a horse to "drop unnecessary weight"?
2) How does the feature with posters on the box work (and does it work at all)? they say if suddenly you have a girl on the box, then the NPC wonders for a while or something like that.

About the box: When playing on the keyboard, press and hold 4, when choosing a box it says press G below it to change the picture. Drawings are in random places. The Animated Groove poster can be found on GB on the main platform near the shower
