Problems with games

AMD fx 6300 3.5 GHz
Nvidia GTX 660 ti 2gb
8gb RAM
Power supply 600W
Asrock 970 extreme 3 motherboard
1 tb hard drive
So almost all games see a similar picture, the fps drops to 30-20 in all graphics settings, no matter minimum or maximum speed, games such as Borderlands 2 and pre sequel, dead rising 3 middle-earth shadow of mordor, blatantly and unashamedly refuse to work smoothly
The computer is not heated, no viruses, system is freshly installed(windows 8.1 x64 before that was windows 7 x64, no difference) All wood new
And Yes, battlefield 4 is perfect for high 70-80 fps and it's the only game that ignores my problem

And Yes, I forgot to add, there is also the GTX 650 ti, hard drive 500gb another motherboard and processor amd athlon II x4 at 2.8 Hz and the first Assembly I leave only the RAM and power supply, so the picture does not change and becomes even worse!
