The exact same problem, disabling paging file didn't help. have any other options? and waiting for this game for many years and so to break off now :))))
I have a black screen for 1-2 minutes (I have 16 GB operativki, percents - Pentium B960). But the game, as I still not very good optimization, so-so. And the only version 0.0.9.

Most likely infinite loading due to the fact that you have Windows 7, which is not yet officially supported. At the moment the game supports the following operating systems: 64-bit Windows 8.1 & Windows 10. If you have one of the recommended OS, but the problem is still present, write us about it.

On Win 8.1x64 works fine, windows 10 I have a second system, just in case.
For some reason, only the video in the format *.mp4 the game is not played, and therefore a black screen.
Outside of the game, these videos from the game folder are played back normally.
WIN7 x64 runs the game in the following way: you press a shortcut and don't touch anything, min 3-5 menu appears, continue similarly.
